想學更多？從對學習目標保持彈性開始

《Running Lean》(精實創業指南) 的作者 Ash Maurya 說：

You stand to learn the most when the probability of the expected outcome is 50%, i.e. you don’t know what to expect.
什麼時候學習效果最好？就是當你預期結果的可能性只有 50% 時。也就是，當你不知道要預期什麼的時候。

這句有點難懂，我花了點時間思考。就是

1. 隨時保持好奇心，
2. 保持警覺，
3. 保持有意識的學習，
4. 保持彈性和改變調整的勇氣，
5. 大膽去嘗試不同的作法。

這樣學得最多。
